The short version

We collect only what we need to take your order, deliver it and run the rewards program. We run our own website on our own server. We don't use advertising trackers or analytics services, and we never sell your information.

What we collect

Your name, email, phone number, delivery address, your order details and cut preferences, and, if you join the rewards program, which orders came through your link.

Who else is involved

Card payments are handled by Stripe, which receives your card details directly; we never see your full card number. Our emails are sent through Mailgun. If you pay by Zelle or Venmo, that payment goes through your bank or Venmo under their own terms.

Cookies

We use 2 cookies: one keeps you signed in, and one remembers which friend's referral link you arrived from so they get credit. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time. We keep order records as long as the law requires for tax and food-safety purposes.
